We are looking for a bartender to work with us and we can provide full training. We have full time and part time hours available but are happy to discuss part time hours too.Â
Knowledge of cocktails, wine and bartending are a huge bonus but we can train passionate people with the right attitude. Most of all we like to work with nice people who care about what they do.Â
The role will involve:
Making syrups and infusions
Preparing cocktails and all manner of drinks for guests.
Keeping an eye on stock levels and making the floor team aware of anything about to run out
Serving guests at the bar recommending drinks and food
Learning the wine list and cocktails to answer questions for guests and to assist the floor team
Setting up and cleaning down the bar
