HUMO is a love letter to wood fired cooking where we use different types of wood on our four-metre-long grill. All dishes have a ‘relationship’ with the fire across the menu and this is at the heart of our ethos.

Our restaurant is extending our bar team to provide excellent customer care, while ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our team.
Key responsibilities of a Bartender:
- Work with the team to offer an exceptional experience to all guests during their visit.
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks
- Ensure all drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar at all times while working and follow all bar set-up and breakdown procedures.
- Support and assist the management team to maximise revenues and profits by following all stock control procedures.
- Support, train, and act as a role model to all new members of the team
Requirements for a Bartender:
- Be a team player
- Work well within Michelin starred environment
- Demonstrate a positive approach to own role and teamwork
- Be approachable and well mannered
- Be professional and respectful at all times
- Have previous experience behind the bar
- Have fun
