We have an exciting opportunity for a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our Laddershed team at the famous Chiltern Firehouse.

What we are looking for in our next Cocktail Waiter/Waitress:

  • have previous Cocktail Waiter/Waitress experience in a high end restaurant/bar environment
  • educate guests on food and specials in a charming and understandable manner;
  • an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people; and
  • bubbly and friendly personality. 

Who we are:

The Chiltern Firehouse is an André Balazs Property, a 5 star luxury, boutique hotel and Restaurant in Marylebone. We are part of the intimate collection of André’s distinctly bespoke hotels that include the iconic Chateau Marmont and the seasonal Sunset Beach in New York. Constructed in 1889, Chiltern Firehouse was one of London’s first purpose-built fire-stations, regarded as one of the finest surviving examples of Gothic architectural style, and has been elegantly restored to offer 26 bedrooms and suites.

Chiltern Firehouse celebrates contemporary, ingredient-focused cooking, with an underlying American accent, placing emphasis on seasonality, locality and healthy eating.
