Venn Group are looking for a Caretaker to work for a Housing Association in London
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of area-based estate services working in communal areas, open spaces
- Recording and monitoring any incidents occurring on the estates and reporting them through the correct channels.
- Ensuring that estates within the area are kept clean, tidy and safe
- Cleaning, clearing and litter picking
- Graffiti removal and jet-washing.
- Collecting and removing of sharps and needles safely and correctly.
- Adjusting time clocks and replacing light bulbs.
- Carrying out minor maintenance duties
- Stock taking of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Liaising with tenants
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Full UK Driving License
