Business Analyst - London Market / Commercial Insurance

As a Business Analyst you'll work closely with the Product Management team, and spearhead the development of innovative propositions for commercial underwriters.
You will get to
- Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications for new and existing features.
- Analyze and present solutions to complex commercial insurance software functions.
- build relationships clients in the London market insurance sector
- Design system processes for new functionality.
- Communicate key insights and market developments to the product team.
- Look at areas for improvements to deliver better value to customers.
- Develop your skills and understanding of the London insurance market through learning off experts in this field as well as working with a range of clients
Requirements and Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, preferably within the insurance industry, particularly in Property & Casualty, Marine, or Non-life insurance.
- Deep understanding of insurance operations within Lloyd's of London or specialty insurance etc
- Full lifecycle business / systems analysis skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience in mentoring and managing teams
