Business Intelligence Analyst Customer Care

My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on a Contract basis.

The role willsupport a programme establishing an organisation approach to responsiveness and customer care.

About the role:

Based in Central London (Remote):

• Youwill include supporting development of outcomes, benefits and evaluation of the programme.
• Undertake a review of all customer standard processes across the business and support development of a new approach to standards alongside the programme team and performance colleagues.
• You will monitor and reporting against these standards.

About you:

You will have the following experiences:

• Local Government / Public Sector experience.
• Stakeholder engagement experience and being able to elicit requirements (from stakeholders who may not be clear about what they need!)
• Analytical and experience of conducting analysis with complex datasets
• Comfortable working in Excel (at least intermediate level ie - pivot tables, formulae etc), using SharePoint and the other Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint - Proficient in Power BI/Tableau reporting tools

What's on offer:

• Salary: £400+ per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
