Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a new Facilities Maintenance Technician for their site in Greenwich, in order to deliver the best experience possible to their guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a leading business with an proven reputation. You will be responsible for undertaking reactive repairs on the structure of the hotel, which will include planned preventative maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical work, and generally ensuring compliance across the site. Each new employee will have a dedicated paid training period prior to starting work, as well as on the job training on an ongoing basis.

This role would suit someone with experience of building maintenance work, seeking a varied position where they will have room to develop their skillset and build a lasting career with a company that prides itself on the way it treats its valued staff.

The Role:

• Property maintenance and repair work on a hotel building
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met on site
• Standard working week, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work if desired

The Candidate:

• Will have experience of building maintenance work
• Will be seeking a long term opportunity to develop new skills and progress in their career
• Any qualifications (Electrical, Plumbing, or other trade) will be beneficial but are not required
