Our client, a leading company based in Wimbeldon is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join their team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our client's products and services. Your ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the value proposition will be critical to your success.
What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Contacting existing customers to upsell additional products or services
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferably in a B2B environment)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone presence with a persuasive and confident attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
