Henrys Townhouse, celebrated by Condé Nast Traveller as one of Europes finest micro-hotels, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to take ownership of our morning service for up to 12 guests.
This is a unique role in a small, luxury setting: youll be the chef in charge of breakfast, preparing a mix of cooked-to-order classics using the best of British ingredients, alongside a beautifully presented continental offering.
The role:
Preparing and serving breakfast for a maximum of 12 guests
Using fresh, seasonal British produce and simple, elegant presentation
Managing a relaxed morning service independently, with support from our front-of-house team
Ensuring the highest standards of consistency, quality, and guest experience
Potential to cook for private dinners and corporate lunch offering for the right candidate with the relevant experience
What were looking for:
Solid kitchen experience (breakfast, private house or small-scale service ideal)
A calm, organised approach and pride in beautifully presented food
Reliability, flexibility, and a warm team spirit
Availability for early morning shifts from 7am - midday approx. with some weekends
