Meet Quarter is an independent European steakhouse in the heart of Wandsworth.
We're a 50-cover restaurant known for bold flavours, quality ingredients, and a close-knit team. Having just celebrated our first anniversary, we're now looking for a passionate Snr Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen brigade of 3 chefs.
The Role:
You'll be working across sections (grill experience is a big plus) and playing a key role in day-to-day prep, service, and maintaining high kitchen standards. This is a great opportunity to grow within a young and ambitious restaurant.
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in professional kitchens (independent or branded)
Strong English speaking and comprehension
Solid section skills, especially grill preferred
Friendly, reliable, and a team player
Passion for bold, flavourful food
Must have the right to work in the UK
