We are working with our client to recruit a Head Chef for their site.
You need to have the relevent experience.
- Ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the site is maintained at the highest level at all times.
- Management, supervision and induction of allcafe staff including trainees
- Promotion ofcaf facilities within company.
- Creating menus and recipes that ensure a good variety and quality
- Overseeing and monitoring of appropriate stock taking
- Provision of hospitality services to staff, visitors and to meet the needs of conferences and events
- Undertaking supplier reviews to ensure consistent quality of products within budget
- Actively promoting and adhering to the company's GreenerStrategy
- Maintenance of equipment
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-3.30pm.
This is a temp position from 3rd June 2024 until 24th July 2024.
