Chef

We are working with our client to recruit a Head Chef for their site.

You need to have the relevent experience.

• Ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the site is maintained at the highest level at all times.
• Management, supervision and induction of allcafe staff including trainees
• Promotion ofcaf facilities within company.
• Creating menus and recipes that ensure a good variety and quality
• Overseeing and monitoring of appropriate stock taking
• Provision of hospitality services to staff, visitors and to meet the needs of conferences and events
• Undertaking supplier reviews to ensure consistent quality of products within budget
• Actively promoting and adhering to the company's GreenerStrategy
• Maintenance of equipment

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-3.30pm.

This is a temp position from 3rd June 2024 until 24th July 2024.
