Chef De Partie

Chef de partie required for a Wine bar in London, serving French & European dishes. The small menu is using good ingredients and you are part of a small team. This establishment has 3 singles and 2 doubles a week, Chef de partie package is 32,000 + tips. This wine bar does not serve every lunch time, which gives more a work/life balance. The establishment is looking to push the standards further and is a family feel. THIS ROLE IS A EARLY JANUARY START, APPLY NOW - START THE NEW YEAR IN A NEW ROLE. Short Interviews will happen in December & offers in December, ready for a January start - they always close 2 weeks at Christmas

The role
We are looking for a chef de partie for this small team within a wine bar. The wine bar serves a range of French inspired dishes. This is a small team, working under the Head Chef. The wine bar serves food all day on Saturdays and other days for evening service. You will prep the dishes with the head chef, you will then be cooking to order some of the dishes in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef who can work on all types of the dishes on the menu, being a small team they do not have a traditional sections, which gives you more variety. You will be organised, able to cook a range of dishes, able to work in a small team and reliable. You will need to have french cuisine background.
