We are looking for a positive and talented Chef de Partie to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional culinary team at Barrafina Restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden, London

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish tapas bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients and wines and sister to our Michelin Starred Restaurant. The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service
The Chef de Partie role
- One year experience of a high-volume, quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
- Run sections and have good knife skills and filleting experience
- Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine and Seasonality
- Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own career development is a must
- Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
