About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a pivotal member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our menu offerings. Working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Adapting swiftly to changing priorities will be essential to achieving our goals.
What We Need from You:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes with precision and creativity.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
