Chef de Partie

This is a CDP role to join our team on a casual (0-hour) contract, supporting across our units from zone 1 to zone 3.The ideal candidate will be available on a flexible schedule, stepping in as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. After successful completion of a 3-month probation period, company-paid transport will be provided for travels.

With sound financial and legislative knowledge, you understand how to achieve targets, plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls. An effective communicator with a strong customer focus, youll gain valuable feedback to measure success and be committed to continuous learning.

With two years experience working in a similar sized operation and educated to C&G 1& 2, NVQ or equivalent experience, youll have an exciting portfolio of awards, demonstrating the highest standards in the industry.
