Here, we are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie for our stunning all day diing restaurant, Serra. As a Chef de Partie you would ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operations, a large outlet at the hotel that serves gourmet plated food, both for internal and external guests. You will provide the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that all preparation, cooking and plating of dishes are completed to the highest standard, supporting and motivating the team to exceed all expectations.
- Maintain and monitor clean and organised sections, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
- Follow recipes and technical sheets with accuracy, staying well informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
- Take pride and ownership of the entire kitchen operation, offering guidance and support to your peers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
