What Youll Do- Consistently deliver food to the required standards and specifications.
- Follow instructions given by the SCOD.
- Complete all storage, stock rotation, and cleaning tasks as directed by the SCOD.
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment.
- Support a culture of training and internal progression.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Ensure full understanding of the Balans concept and mission statement, and support team knowledge in this area.
- Complete flow training within set deadlines.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the company.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high food standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- £13.50£15 per hour, paid every 4 weeks.
- 35-hour weekly contract + overtime opportunities.
