• Have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie/Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant environment
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and Chef de Partie and Commis Chef skills
