Chef de Partie and Commis chef

We are looking for a talented, passionate Chef de Partie and Commis chef to join the team at our Italian Restaurant and our second meat restaurant 

The menu will offer best fresh produce available creating fantastic homemade dishes in an exceptional & warm welcoming environmentt. 

What are we looking for in you?

• Have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie/Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant environment

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Passionate about the hospitality industry

• Proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction

• Excellent communication skills

• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.

• Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and Chef de Partie and Commis Chef skills

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Highly driven and ambitious CDP/ commis 

• Strong practical experience working within professional food-led kitchens
