We are currently seeking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie for this Monday to Friday role, primarily daytime hours, based at a client site in Central London.
Working as part of a small kitchen team of 4-6 chefs, the successful candidate will be an important member of the team that will open this unique kitchen, somewhere truly different to any other workspace in London.
The ideal candidate should be prepared to work with exquisite produce from local producers, help build menus focused on food provenance and seasonality, and work in a close-knit team who values positive kitchen culture, creativity and sustainability. The role will involve collaborating with the rest of the team on upcoming events, preparing mise en place for multi-course meals on our 24-seat chefs table, preparing daily snacks and canapés, and catering for intimate in-house events that require specific service styles. The candidate should be comfortable in a customer-facing role, and be prepared to engage with customers to tell the story behind their food.
