Our client a Private Members Club based in Piccadilly is looking for a Chef de Partie.
This is an up-market operation with a seasonal changing menu, and the kitchen has all the latest gadgets and kitchen equipment.
The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start, 42 working hours per week and over 5 days.
3 straight shifts and 2 doubles - work only 1 in 3 weekends - closed Bank holidays, 22 days holidays - between 9 to 12 days off over Christmas
Salary package of 拢34,000 per year.
The Chef de Partie will work:
