We are looking for a talented BRUNCH Head Chef to join our KURO EATERY team. Please understand this position is for a BRUNCH head chef, not a fine dining head chef. We are looking for someone to start immediately.Â
Our ideal Brunch Head Chef will have experience managing a team, running the kitchen and working in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to deliver high quality brunch dishes, elevate our current brunch menu and develop new menu items.Â
The Head Chef must have:
• The motivation and leadership skillÂ
• Previous experience as a Head Chef, breakfast or brunch head chef within a quality restaurant or a senior sous chef ready for their next career move.Â
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of food quality at all times
• A proven track record of motivating and retaining a kitchen team
• A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the kitchen
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication
• Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels.
• Ability to order and create weekly Rota
Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the overall compliance of Health & Safety, and Food Safety to Gordon Ramsay Restaurants standards
• To deliver the concept and values of KURO
• Effective management of the food margin within the targets set
• Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver targets
