We are recruiting for a new Kitchen Manager for our lively pub kitchen and delivery hub based in Central Wandsworth, London SW18. Bang Bang is an awarding winning smash burger concept also serving great Sunday lunches across this and other sites and venues across London.
This role is for an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef (or even Senior Sous Chef looking to step up) working in a team or at times alone for 45 hours per week, across 4-5 shifts a week between Monday and Sunday. You are guaranteed 2 days off in a row.
As well as preparing and cooking our fantastic burgers and sides and Sunday Roasts to guests in the pub you will also service a strong delivery market.
Experience at a similar level or similar restaurants is essential as is Level 2 (minimum).
