Kitchen Manager - Quirky Cocktail Bar, London
Our client is making a stir in the London cocktail scene, with five unique bars across the city. Were looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at one of their most exciting venues.
This quirky cocktail bar serves a small plates menu for around 60 covers, plus on-site functions and parties. Youll manage a small team of 2 chefs and 1 KP, reporting to the Group Head Chef and the bars management.
The Role:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and team management.
- Oversee both la carte service and private events.
- Manage stock, rotas, and compliance.
- Work closely with the bar team to deliver food that pairs perfectly with their cocktails.
