We are looking for a Commis Chef - Night Shift to join our opening team. This role is ideal for someone early in their culinary journey who takes pride in precision, consistency, and working behind the scenes to support the smooth running of our night kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with the production of dishes during the night shift
- Support mise en place for breakfast and early morning service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations in line with hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and health regulations
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and In Room Dining teams overnight
What We're Looking For
- Some previous kitchen experience, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment
- A willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during quieter overnight hours
- A team-player attitude with a genuine interest in developing culinary skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
