Restaurant 90 covers (split between 3 floors with loots of space and prep area .
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie involves overseeing a section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day to day operation .
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in high-end restaurants
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and open kitchen
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Positive attitude
