We are looking for an ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join a strong team of chefs in a fine dining role in a private members club
Producing desserts for both a la carte dining and banqueting you should have experience in a similar environment in a fine dining restaurant to 3A rosettes or 5 star hotel.Â
Working 5 straight shifts Monday to Friday, you will work a mix of early and late shifts on a 40 hour contract
Overtime is available, completely optional and is paid
No working weekends or bank holidays, and closed over Christmas period for 2 weeks.
