Our 2 rosettes Pastry Shop / Café and our 3 Rosettes Dinner restaurant are looking for a strong Pastry Commis Chef or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie in our Pastry Team.
Work 4 days per week (40 to 44 hours) with all hours paid. If working 5 days per week (50 to 55 hours), all hours are also paid.
Pastry Demi Chef de Partie starts at £31,000 per year (based on 44 hours/week). all hours worked are paid.

My role as Pastry Demi Chef de Partie ?
ThePastry Shop Demi Chef de Partielooks after the elaboration of our click-and-collect items including patisseries and cakes, together with the Parlour and Glade restaurants breakfast and lunch plated dessert offering. The role involves a morning start and straight shifts.
TheEvening Pastry Demi Chef de Partiewill be preparing the 3 rosettes Dinner plated desserts selection from The Gallery Restaurant Menu. their shift will start in the afternoon and finishing after the last dinner guests have placed their order. The role doesnotrequire split shifts as well.
We are looking for Pastry Chefs with a Pastry qualification and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Multi Michelin Star chef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Pastry Chef Damien Thibault have developed the French inspired European style Pastry Menu from all our restaurants.
