What you will do as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
- Prepare and organize ingredients, ensuringaccurateportioning and proper storage.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including labeling and cleanliness.
- Assistin the daily production of pastries, including baking, decorating, and plating.
- Monitor ingredient quality and control waste tooptimizekitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchencolleaguesto ensure smooth service andtimelypreparation.
About you
Proven Experience in pastry preparation, creativity, and strong teamwork. Skilled in pastry techniques, presentation, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
