Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their private members club in the heart of Soho. As a Chef de Partie (CDP) you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards of the venue and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Execute the preparation of high-quality dishes in alignment with the members club restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
- Uphold consistency and excellence in food preparation throughout all culinary activities.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to rigorous quality control and health and safety standards.
- Participate actively in inventory management and contribute to cost control measures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP/Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Minimum of 3 years chef experience
- Must be confident in running hot section / pass
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
