Sous Chef - Fine Dining

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the leadership team of an acclaimed fine dining Mediterranean restaurant, where exceptional produce, refined technique, and thoughtful simplicity are at the heart of the menu.

This role is ideal for a chef who respects classical foundations while embracing the vibrant flavours, seasonality, and elegance of the Mediterranean

• Work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Contribute creatively to seasonal menu development inspired by Mediterranean traditions

• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and strong kitchen culture

• Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and efficient kitchen management

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a fine dining environment

• Strong technical ability with a deep appreciation for Mediterranean flavours and produce

• A calm, confident leader with excellent communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a collaborative, professional approach
