Im on the lookout for an ambitious Sous Chef, someone to help open and run the new kitchen alongside the Head chef and small team at this exciting new South East Asian restaurant in the heart of London.
About the Concept:
Indochine Cuisine a bold, vibrant celebration of the diverse culinary heritage of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia etc.
The Role:
You'll be at the helm of a passionate brigade of 6-7 in a 75-cover restaurant, open 4 days a week to start with.
What We're Looking For:
A creative, organised Sous chef with experience in Southeast Asian or contemporary Asian cuisine coming from a quality NON brand restaurant background
Someone ready to step up or with prior leadership experience
A natural team leader with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
