Currently they have a large staffed team in the kitchen with an Head Chef and CDP's and Commis Chef and KP.s. You will be catering for around 800-1000 on a daily basis.We are looking for a Sous Chef with staff dining experience ideally from a busy Contract Catering site. The main focus is for Street Food and cuisine from the high street, You will need good knowledge of current trends and have a keen interest in dish development.The Sous Chef will need a solid career history ideally within Contract Catering and be able to work in busy environments.
