Busy brasserie/all day dining restaurant near Chalk farm/Primrose Hill are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their brigade.
The restaurant is very popular with local residents and serves fresh food and homemade desserts.
All interested candidates must have experience to a minimum of a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level and worked within a fresh food environment.
As Sous Chef, you will be leading the team in the Head Chef's absence and involved with writing menus, ordering and adhering to food hygiene regulations.
In return, you will be working in a friendly, talented team. We can offer good hours with paid overtime (earliest start is 9am and latest finish is 10/10.30pm)
