Sous Chef

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join the ever growing family at LIMA. 

We are looking for a full-time Sous Chef.

Critically acclaimed LIMA opened its doors in 2012 as one of the top Peruvian Restaurants in London, winning the acclaimed star from Michelin in 2013. Two years later, we opened LIMA CANTINA.

We are opening our arms and welcoming new team members to become part of the next step in our journey. 

What we need from you:

- You must have a passion and keen interest for the hospitality industry

- Be a good team player, a hard worker and above all, great people skills

- Good understanding of the English Language, understanding of Spanish is beneficial but not required
