The Role:Were looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our London team and support the Head Chef in running a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. Youll take the lead during busy services, mentor junior chefs, and make sure every dish meets our high standards of consistency and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Lead and motivate the team during peak service
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation to premium standards
Train and develop junior chefs to reach their potential
Oversee prep, stock control, and ensure excellent hygiene practices
Proven experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens
Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
Strong leadership and communication skills
A team player with a genuine passion for food
