The Beefsteak Club, one of Londons most prestigious private members clubs, has a vacancy for a sous-chef to join a team of three providing lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday evening. It is a perfect job for someone who does not want to work weekends. We cater for a maximum of 30 covers on one long table with a multi-choice menu which changes daily, all served from a brand-new kitchen.
42 hours per week arranged usually over four days.
Applicants must have previous experience of high-end cuisine and be professionally qualified.
