Were recruiting for aSous Chefto join a high-end events operation within a prestigious private dining setting. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone withbanqueting or events catering experience, looking to work in a structured, professional kitchen with a strong team and exciting daily variety.
?? Role Overview:- Prepare and deliver food forevents ranging from small to large-scale parties. Serving Canapés, Bowl food, and Plated dinners.
- Working with a close-knit team
- Managing Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs within the kitchen.
- Preparing for upcoming events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Experienced Chef with minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef
- Experience within Events or Banqueting
- An organized, and efficient worker with a proactive mindset
- Strong communicator and team player
- Committed, diligent, and passionate about food
