The Role: Sous Chef
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious, quality-driven concept, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a collaborative and creative environment.
We are currently recruiting for both our sites Strakers and ACRE and will happily consider strong Chef de Parties looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities;
Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency and the highest quality at all times.
Contribute to menu development alongside the Head Chef and Tom Straker.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
Train and mentor the junior kitchen team.
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
What Were Looking For;
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a similar style of busy, high quality restaurant.
Passion for fresh, high-quality food with a creative approach.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
