Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Sous Chef to join a highly regarded restaurant with a strong social mission. The role operates within a structured and sometimes challenging environment, requiring resilience, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional approach at all times.

• 40 hours per week

• Predominantly daytime shifts

• One evening service per week (Thursday night)

• Support the Head Chef in the daily running of kitchen operations

• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
