Located on level 24 of Tower 42 in the heart of London and boasting magnificent views across the city, City Social features a beautiful modern-British menu created by Jason Atherton. City Social also houses a relaxed bar, Social 24, offering cocktails inspired by the famous London landmarks that can be spotted from the panoramic views.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring they complement the overall dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to strict hygiene standards
- Work effectively as part of a Team, collaborating with other Chefs to ensure a smooth service
- Contribute to the development of new dessert ideas and specials
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in your capacity of a Sous Chef in a Michelin starred or fine dining environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering exceptional quality
- Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
