This is a full-time role onsite working within a high paced, progressive pastry kitchen and wholesale business
As a Pastry Sous Chef in our Pastry production Kitchen, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for our clients anmd team. You will be ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your main role will be leading and overseeing all pastry and dessert operations along with our exec and head pastry chef, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency in line with the culinary standards. This role requires strong leadership, innovation in pastry design, and the ability to manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding experiences.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
assist and oversee pastry operations across the unit, including Mep, daily production, and ensuring consistent five-star quality.
Design and deliver innovative, seasonal pastry menus and bespoke creations
Inspire, train, and manage the pastry team to achieve excellence, nurturing creativity, artistry, and precision in every detail.
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across all pastry production areas.
