What were looking for:
?? Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a luxury or fine-dining environment
?? Expertise in preparing sushi, sashimi, and Japanese hot dishes to the highest standard
?? Meticulous attention to detail, presentation, and ingredient quality
?? Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen
?? Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:
