As a Sushi Chef you will report to the Head Chef and the Senior Sushi Chefs, your responsibilities include:
Sushi Chef responsibilities:
- Working on our open sushi bar, preparing the section for service and serving for our TOKii restaurant.
- Preparing high quality sushi with a high level of attention to detail to prepare exquisitely presented sushi.
- Providing luxury, interactive service for the guests.
- To follow guidance from the senior sushi chefs and attend training as requested.
- To assist with sushi masterclasses and leading them when required.
- To be conversant with all menus, aware of allergens and able to make recommendations.
- To ensure the highest level of cleanliness in the sushi bar area and the kitchen.
- To follow all HACCP, food hygiene and kitchen standards.
- To have a high level of conduct, grooming, hygiene and personal presentation.
- To carry out any other reasonable request from the Head Chef or their delegate as required.
