Join the team at our Taka Marylebone in central London as a Sushi Chef.Â
The ideal candidate will be passionate in the art of sushi making and ideally has previous experience working with Japanese Cuisine.Â
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week contract Tuesday-Saturday.
• Preparing high quality sushi with a high level of attention to detail to prepare exquisitely presented sushi.
• To follow guidance from the senior sushi chefs and attend training as requested.Â
• To be conversant with all menus and an awareness of allergens.
• To ensure the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen.
• To follow all HACCP, food hygiene and kitchen standards.Â
• To have a high level of conduct, grooming, hygiene and personal presentation.Â
• To carry out any other reasonable request from the Head Chef or their delegate as required.Â
