The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our West London team at Shoreditch House (E1 6AW). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards. You will oversee sushi production in the Pen Yen Kitchen which offers members a izakaya-style menu showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine.
What we are looking for...
* If you don't have previous experience but want to learn how to be a Chef in the future, try applying to a 'Kitchen Porter' position instead

Sun - Tues - 7:30am - 12am
Wednesday - 7:30am - 1am
Thurs - Sat - 7:30am - 3am

- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile Japanese kitchen with focus on Sushi
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
