BIM Coordinator - Revit & 3D

Randstad is currently recruiting for a BIM Co-Ordinator to work on a major project inLondon at the moment, this will run for at least 12 months.This role is to provide Project contract Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordination, leadership,professional advice and guidance necessary to enable the client to achieve their BIM level 2objectives.

A key component of this role is to interface directly with Stakeholders, Suppliers, and their supplychains, to assuring the quality delivery of a collaborative digital deliverables within the digitalenvironment.

Responsibilities Deliver the Project BIM processes, methodologies and guidance for the collaborativeproduction, maintenance and delivery of information and data. Represent the client proactively at industry recognised forums related to BIM, CAD andInformation Management highlighting and championing successes realised Implement BIM processes Identifying and promoting cost avoidance and reduction, creatingand exploiting efficiencies to deliver benefits to the programme portfolio Under the direction of the Programme Information Manager assure BIM ethic is consistentlyapplied throughout contracts covered within the Programme. Provide project based assurance and compliance to programme, industry recognised and,internal BIM standards, methods, procedures. Highlighting commercial, security and,confidentiality risk where identified. Administer Programme implemented Common Data Environment (CDE) ensuring complianceto programme BIM standards, methods and procedures. Create and maintain BIM implementation and adoption metrics for each project within yourProgramme

 Proficient using Revit & 3D Specialist knowledge in the implementation of BIM and collaborative working processes Relevant successful experience of the industry BIM associated technologies Relevant successful experience in use of Industry standard Document and Data ManagementSystems Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with stakeholders of all levels across theprojects and externally with the Supply chain Methodical and analytical approach to work, consistent persistent nature and integrity formaintaining comprehensive and accurate information and data management Capable of utilising point cloud and LiDAR data to facilitate design deliverable production (3D)For more information please submit your CV.
