A family-owned business with multiple branches and 7 retail brands are currently seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their small but dynamic marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced company and make a significant impact on the marketing strategy.
What will you do as Assistant Marketing Manager?
- Act as the central "go to" person for marketing requests from branches and other areas of the business
- Take ownership of and develop email communications and automated email systems
- Manage and develop social media channels across its seven brands, including creation of content, daily monitoring and reporting
- Assist the Group Marketing Manager and Group Marketing Director with tasks
- Design and distribution of POS, signage, promotional planning, internal comms, website and e-commerce content
What do you need as Assistant Marketing Manager?
- Broad marketing experience in a brand or retail environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing systems (preferably MailChimp/Dotdigital),
- Establishing automated/triggered email routines and managing customer data
- Experience in content creation for digital media using platforms such as Canva, with an eye for design
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign and Photoshop
