CRM LOYALTY MANAGER

This company are the pioneers and leaders of premium all-inclusive holidays for families and active couples, they've been around for more than 60 years and now offer 70+ ski and sun resorts across the globe.
THE ROLE
As a CRM Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing
- Supporting in improving loyalty status and improving communications with customers
- Campaign planning, building a CRM strategy, PDM strategy, data base optimisation, monitoring the automated emails and growing the database
- Management of 1 direct report who builds emails (this role will give management training too)
- Multichannel marketing - email and website mainly
- Use GA4/Google Analytics for tracking and optimisation
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- HTML coding experience is needed (use of pre-existing templates)
- 3 years plus experience in CRM minimum
- Knowledge of monitoring campaign performance and analysing performance for optimisation purposes
- Experience working with a range of CRM tools and systems
- Growth mindset
- Excel experience
