The role as a Head of Analytics will be leading a team to provide this company in-depth analysis on customer behaviour, working directly with c-suite.
THE COMPANY
The successful Head of Analytics will be working for tech platform that substantially helps the charity and not-for-profit sector. This company wishes to increase their understanding of its customer's behaviour through in-depth analysis, learning about customer interactions at multiple touchpoints
THE ROLE
As a Head of Analytics, you will be looking at customer engagement throughout areas of the business whilst being responsible for identifying channel-specific customer trends.
More specifically, in this role you can expect to be doing the following:
- Benchmarking for how customer data is used and manipulated
- Creation of customer-related KPI's, setting success metrics for your team
- Hiring, centralising and growing the London team
- Managing a multi-disciplinary team who look after the end-to-end data lifecycle from tagging & tracking, performance measurement, technology evaluation and development, budgeting and resource allocation, marketing, insight and product analytics
- Managing a team using the following skillsets: SQL, GA, GTM, Power BI (previous experience being hands-on desirable)
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Insight Lead will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience with the following is desirable: SQL, GA, GTM, Power BI
- Experience leading a team across customer or marketing analytics
- Shown experience visualising data using Power BI (or similar, e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team effectively
- Fantastic stakeholder skills
THE BENEFITS
The successful Head of Analytics will receive a salary between £70,000 and £80,000 alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
