Description

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Delivering a variety of member and non-member marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Plan and administer the marketing operations budget in accordance with company goals.
• Create and manage a consistent image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager.
• Report on marketing performance against budget and report on variances.

Profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a marketing role within the not-for-profit sector, particularly within membership.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Commercial acumen and metrics-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing a diverse team.
• A strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and software.
