- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Plan and administer the marketing operations budget in accordance with company goals.
- Create and manage a consistent image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager.
- Report on marketing performance against budget and report on variances.
